With the new MyDDSLab mobile app, you can track your cases on the go, allowing you to see exactly when they will be delivered to your office. You no longer have to take time away from your patients to call your account manager about case status updates. Everything that you need to know about the delivery of your case will be right in the palm of your hand.
With the MyDDSLab mobile app, you can instantly see exactly where the case is in the production process. Just log in once and check the “save password” box in order to easily access the app. From there you can view all of the cases that have been received by DDS Lab. The color-coded case status label next to each patients’ name makes it clear whether the case has been Received, reached QC, is On-Hold, is Fabricating, or has Shipped.
For more details regarding a case, just tap the patient’s name. This allows you to see pertinent information such as the case ID, due date, date received, and the estimated ship and delivery dates. You can even see the tracking number!
If you happen to have any questions regarding a particular case, just click on the phone icon in the top right corner and you will be connected with your dedicated DDS Lab account manager, who is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm EST.
